front jack problem

Our front jacks are going up and down but the front door side jack inside piece that goes up and down is very loose and I can push it up with my hand. We kept double checking ourselves because we would check the level and it would be OK but when the jacks went down it was off level. We noticed that this jack would be longer than the other. We're in Clear Lake, Iowa. This is on a 2012 Mountaineer and warranty runs out in a week.

Call Keystone Customer Service and take it to a dealer. Let them fix it while it's still their problem.
