I just decided to bring my jambalaya casserole to the Sat. potluck! It has shrimp, sausage and jambalaya rice and is a wee bit spicy, but not too spicy. Everybody likes it and it's easy to make, so there you have it. Oh, yeah, I'm still bringing Decadent Fudge since it goes well with RVing. Sometimes you just need a jolt of rich Chocolate, right? See ya Friday. Looking forward to meeting fellow MOC RVers.

That sounds fabulous Mike and Amy....

I am going to be bringing something else also and not sure what yet. Was thinking of another bean dish? This one would have about 5 different beans in it, hamburger, smoked sausage.....

Or maybe still try and make brownies? I've been thinking about it for a month or so now but something is always popping up and makes me forget about checking into what else to make. I guess it will be a surprise to you and me what I bring besides cardiac potatoes.....*LOL

Margee that is why I chose to bring fruit salad. I looked at all the rich dishes and thought a dose of something less gastrically challenging was in order. I have been thinking of what else to bring, as well. Do we need another dessert?

A fruit salad will definitely be a refreshing side dish Nancy. Good idea.
