Talladega Alabama

Heading out this weekend for a week at Talladega Speedway to camp out with long time friends. Do any MOC members attend Nascar races? See alot of Montana's there.
If you are there I would enjoy meeting up with you. We are in Winners Walk 2 campground.

I hope you full fill your bucket list. We as well attend a lot. of what you have listed only Darlington is the only one we have not attended. Really enjoy camping and meeting folks from all over. We have friends that we continue to keep in contact with all over that we met several years ago from different tracks. I know you would enjoy it. Hope to see you there. My wife Buffy has to say go Junior. Our best to you.

We go to a ton of Nascar races. I think my high was 12 one year. Best race and place I have ever been is Watkins Glen.
My list would be

Watkins Glen
Bristol
Richmond
Dover
Darlington
Rockingham (back in the day)
North Wilkesboro (See note above)
Daytona
Dega
Michagan

North Wilkesboro was a great track. Great racing and great camping and people. There are a ton of places within walking distance to every track. Richmond and the Glen are two of the only places you really have to drive to get anywhere to eat or shop when we camp.

We apparently do the ones the others miss. Phoenix, Fontana and Kansas. Hoping next year to get to Las Vegas also. Wish we were there with you this week, but we'll look for you on the TV

Joe & Buffy,
So glad we got to meet you at Dega! Hope to see you again next year and maybe get to spend an evening just visiting. Glad I was able to help with the generators.

I am a NASCAR fan. My son and I drove tow trucks at Rockingham before they stopped. What a great sport! I was an Earnhardt fan and now a Jr fan. Go Jr!

Hook, you can't go wrong being a Earnhardt fan. My wife Buffy I think owns every piece of Dale Jr. ward robe that he sells. The vendor trailers love her. I spotted some in the Truck series for a while when it was Craftsman. Been a race fan for a lot of years. Tow truck drivers get a good work out at some tracks, especially the tracks like the Rock. Maybe we can share some experiences some time. Joe
