Electrical hook-up question

I am new to owning a BC and have a question about electrical services. I live in NW Florida and a number of campgrounds don't have many 50 amp services...If I don't have a washer and dryer in my unit can I get by using an 30 amp adapter or will it throw the breaker.
Mike.

Primary limitation on 30 amps in a hot climate is not being able to run both ACs. You can run one AC and a few other things with little problem. Worst thing to happen is you might trip the park 30 amp breaker. Then just reset it, remember what you were doing to cause it, and don't do that again. No harm done.

The main problem with 30amp is the one AC only, but the frig and hot water heater running on electric and then cooking can also be an issue if you like to use more than one high draw cooking device.

Hi

We are presently in South Florida on 30 amps.

We run hot water heater and refrigerator on gas. Now running on AC Converter for 12V, 1 AC, 2 TV + 2 satellite receivers, 2 computers, coffee pot and all the 12 V lights we need without tripping the 30 amp breaker.

Don’t consider running the second AC or the Microwave without shutting down just about all the other appliances.

agree, primary issue is running both ACs at the same time.

Hi

We have just about given up on using the Microwave on 30 amp.
