Tomorrow might be the day!

Steve is pushing that 10,000 mark. Tomorrow would be a good day to set the mark, Steve. Or maybe even tonight! Congratulations in advance!

That's hard to believe 10,000 that would take me ten years. But we all wait for Steve's reply and great info. Way to go Steve

Judy ... we noticed that too. It kinda has us wondering if, when he hits "enter" on that 10,000th post, will the whole forum shut down? You know, kinda like the Y2K things that everyone was afraid would happen ...

He's contemplating stopping at 9,999 and starting over with a new user id ...

Amazing!!! What a great accomplishment and just think with 10,000 posts how much good advice has been passed along to each and everyone of us. Once again, I tip my hat to you!!!

P.S. I just noticed that Steve is stuck on 9998 posts. Can you believe it we now have a small window of oportunity to catch up a bit.

Yeah, it happened. Steve hit the 10,000 mark today! Steve is a humble guy and I know he doesn't like all this attention, but I am very grateful for all the help that he has given us by answering questions both on and off the forum. We've learned a lot from you, Steve, and appreciate your help. Congratulations!

Vicki, just like Y2K.....no big boom!

Thank you to all of you. I'm not sure it's really a noteworthy accomplishment, though. It just means I talk a lot. (right, Judy?!)

I had intended to end that day at 9999 as I approached the 10k mark, but I miscounted and stopped one short of that. I wasn't real sure if the forum software could handle it and was reluctant to take the chance. Next day I was asked to post and make sure it all worked. Thus the 10k post was in the practice session as a test!

We do like to talk, Steve, all of us, but you've been very helpful to many people and contributed valuable information to this forum. And for that, we thank you.
