Sorry to say, but if I remember right, Hafler was one of the companys that went belly up. Our 3455SA, 2010, has a Samsung DVD/CD and TV. I was told that was the reason for the change.
Suggest calling Keystone to see if they are swapping them out on the new models.

Emmel, What is the model number of your Samsung DVD/CD in the 2010 Montana. Has anyone contacted Keystone and found out what they recommend to replace the surround sound theater system if the old ones quit working?

Thanks all.... I will continue to pursue through Keystone. I did receive a contact from the parent company of Hafler (Rockford Corp) with the name/phone # of the individual that is supposed to handle support issues for the Hafler products... we'll see.

The Big Sky also has the Samsung. Steve, just curious - did yours come with the Ipod attachment? Ours said it had it but we didn't get the packet with instructions and remote. They got us the remote and photo copied the manual. Ours is at the shop getting a few minor tweaks, so I can't look up the model.

Jlandis, I would make sure your dealer gets it taken care of with Keystone. If they no longer have those, they should replace the whole system. I'm sure they will step up to the plate.

Ron, we got the Ipod attachment with our Samsung. It has things that I don't understand what they are or how to use them! Lucky I know how to turn on the comtuter.
Leasit, I'm not too sure the model number, but it will be the same as is in any new Montana manufactured in Late April to date.

I guess a universal remote should be able to be programmed for it. But one must know the code in order to get the new universal to recognize the unit, they you have to hope that the code enables all the functions needed since some manufacturers have several codes for their devices. When most codes being 3 or 4 digits that's 1,000 to 1,0000 possible code numbers, yuck!

Besides losing the remote, this would be a concern if the remote breaks, gets broken or stops working. Another thing to worry about. Just Great! (a little sarcasm)
