Samsung & Directv

I recently purchased a 3750FL. Trying to figure out the best way to configure the coaxial cables and setting up the Samsung TV and Entertainment Unit (EU) with a Directv Box. I have 3 exterior connections (Cable In, Living Rm, and Bedroom). Underneath the Samsung Entertainment Unit there are 3 coaxial cable connectors (none marked). If I bypass the Samsung EU, I can get Directv with only TV speakers (using middle int/ext connectors). This doesn't seem like the ideal setup. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
