Black Water Valve

I have a 2009 Model 3455 SA and since new the black water valve will not push all the way in. Perhaps there is some manufacturing stuff in the valve mechanism. It appear to shut off OK. I have done a flush as well as putting 5 gallons of water in the toilet to facilitate flushing.

Any suggestions.

it might be the appearance of not going in sll the way. If it is not leaking and is dumping ok, it seems to be normal. It might have a different style or make valve on it from your last one. On our 2950rk, the valve stem is still showing in the basement after it is shut.
