I got her back today

Well, I picked up my 5er today after the insurance repairs were done. Did a great job. Can't even tell I blew a tire. The only thing they did not do was to make sure the turn signal light I had wired into the fender worked when they installed it in the new fender. Easy fix. Taking her out for a shakedown this weekend.

Good for you Mike, I get mine back tomorrow as well, sort of. It is still at the beach occupied by the smart members of the family (the women). But, happy times are a comin', dear old Dad is heading there for his weeks vacation after work tomorrow. I miss it greatly......and the women too!!!

Now Bingo, you have to drive within the speed limit ya know!

Mike, it's always good when you get it back after it has been gone for a while isn't it?

I was taking my grandson to lunch today and as I was backing into the parking space, thought I saw something hanging from my back tire. Parked, looked and saw a bubble....tire sidewall separation. My first thought, now I have to buy two tires before I leave Sunday. My second thought, thank you God that you helped me see this before Sunday so I could fix it before I left. It was bad enough losing my tire on the last trip out to NE, but to loss a rear tire on my SRW 350 pulling my 5er Sunday would have been no fun at all. Well, I am now $437 lighter, but a whole lot safer.
