Low profile 50 A to 30 A dogbone adapter

I am adding a weatherproof 30 Amp RV outlet box to the side of my house to plug my Montana into. My existing Gamco dogbone adapter will not allow the lid to close over it because of its height profile. Has anyone found a low profile adapter they are using?

You could just cut the handle part off.

Since the handle comes in handy to separate connectors, I just tape a Wally World bag around my power box on the side of my house. Although not stylish ... it works for the limited amount of time I have it plugged in.

When I still had a house, I had a fifty amp box on the side of the garage. Don't remember any issues, probably just my memory. John

Thanks all! I just decided to hacksaw off the handle. It's not quite as easy to remove without the handle. but not too bad. Now the lid closes fully.
