Wood face on Frig sliding down

Well the wood panel on the frig is sliding down , i hope it dosent hit the floor, the plastic angle at the bottom of the wood panel is now cracked so i guess its warrenty time again , if the bottom piece was made out of a allumium or something strong it would be cheeper in the long run , if the panel hits the floor its junk so what did they save there,, i guess i'll call this week from key west to get parts , we now will have the third fireplace installed as the fan won't keep running, they fixed 15 things last sept in goshen , pretty soon it will be a new unit,, sailer i sure hope keystone is reading this

On our previous SOB, I found the same thing happening-the wood panel sliding down because that plastic piece was breaking up. I just went to Home Depot and got a piece of aluminum-as you mentioned. As I recall, it was 3/4" angled aluminum. Made a new one and never had a problem again.
We have the same unit as yours 2009 3465SA, so I will have to check mine.

Hey Don ...not here in the keys as everything is 40% more than 300 miles north . the truck is coming out of the dealer as they said ford covered everthing but the turbo has to come out and they then have to change the oil, filters and fuel filters and that is a chrg of 358.00 , i said is it driveable, yes it just needs the carbon scraped and its ready to go ,, well if i go back to bonita i don't have to rent a car at 49.99 a day and the 2nd day is 11.00 more pluse the 49.99 , such a deal. they have a nice 2009 f250 here but its going to stay as its only 59999.99 and i don't think that is my next truck , not now ,,,sailer
