Hello from Central Calif

My wife and I purchase a 2011 285RLD Montana Mountaineer in mid December. This will be our 3rd RV. We had a Starcraft tent trailer in the 90', purchase a Layton travel trailer in 2000, and now the Mountaineer. Our 1st trip out will be in mid January. I plan to retire in about 4 years and hopefully travel a lot more that we are now.

I can already see there is a wealth of information here. Thank you to those that make this forum possible.

Glad you could join us! We are planning a trip out west next year (we live in Ontario, Canada) and will probably be somewhere in your area before heading north along I-5.

Welcome to the forum. You'll really like hooking up and pulling a fiver and having all that storage room.
