Morryde Suspension- Rubber Blocks

The Morryde Rubber Blocks had to be replaced 5 yrs ago under warranty on our 2010 Montana 3150RL and now Iím told they most likely need to be replaced again. I think I read on this forum that Morryde might provide the replacement rubber blocks. Has anyone been successful in getting Morryde to provide the rubber blocks? Anyone know the name and number of someone I can contact?

Are you asking if MORryde will replace for free a suspension part on an 9 year old RV that has already been replaced 5 years ago? Bold thinking, but if MORryde does it … they are one hell of a company.

DQ Dick and Texan, thank you for the reply and information. I ended up calling. Morryde and was told to speak with Jennifer in Tech Support. I left her a message and she called me back an hour later. She stated that if the blocks have a 3 inch crack and is approximately 3/4 inch deep they will send me replacement blocks, but she wants a picture of the cracked blocks. I told Jennifer that the Montana is a 2010 and the blocks were replaced under extended warranty 5 yrs ago. Jennifer also stated the blocks should last 7 to 10 yrs. I currently have the Montana in a truck suspension shop for some service and they will check the rubber blocks, so if they say the blocks need replacing I’ll
go down there and take pictures that I’ll send Morryde.

Good deal … one hell of a company. We've replaced over 1/2 dozen sets of these on various fivers … none came close to 7 - 10 years of service, so should a … woulda … coulda on MORryde's lifespan estimate. 3-4 years at best is our average. They're really close to a motor mount in design … the sprung weight of the fiver is sitting on them all the time, so they bear the brunt of a lot of weight.

I purchased and installed new rubber springs last year on our rig, not because they were cracking, but they had some cracking, but instead because they were sagging. We purchased our rig in late 2012, and the rig sat on the dealer's lot for a year, so the springs were at least six years old. They were easy to replace, especially with the levelup jacks. The photo shows how much difference there was between the old and new springs.

There is not another company out there that will take care of you like Mor-Ryde. They are in a class by themselves. They know how to just 'DO RIGHT' by their customers.
