furnace does't work
I have a 2010 2955rl and when I switched the Duo Therm stat to furnace nothing happened and that wasn't normal. It was 45 inside so I resorted to my elctric heater. The AC works good. I have 13.7 volts at the PWR on the ignition control board but no go and yes the stat was set at 72+ and nothing happened. Any ideas?
thanks

Any chance there's a blockage in the gas line or the tank the regulator is set on is empty?

This happened with our furnace. We took it out of storage and tried the use the furnace on our way to Alabama. Some dirtdobbers got in the furnace and once we got rid of them, the furnace worked again. We put a screen over the furnace exhaust and have not had any problems since we did that.

Power down that circuit, pull the 12 volt fuse and shut off the breaker to the A/C unit, then try it again.

We had this happen the first night we owned the rig. The furnace was working during PDI.
After the tech tried replacing the circuit board and a couple of other things, there was one thing left. OZZ is on the right track for what happened in our case.
The tech removed the air conditioner grill and accessed the makeup box and found a wire disconnected. The connecters they used were not all that secure. One the wire was reconnected it has been good since.
That is the last thing I would have thought of was wiring in the ac. I guess it leads to the thermostat. Worth checking out.

We had a similar problem last year on our way down to Arizona. Furnace would not come on. After having a mobile tect come out and a hour of testing, he took the power panel in the bathroom down and found a loose wire. Hooked it back up and had heat again.

No nothing happened. I think I heard a click form the AC unit. I think that is where the electronic control box is.

Joe, That is what it was. one of the 24ga. wires going or coming from the furnace was broken at the butt connector coming out of the control box at the ac unit. Thanks for the tip!
