Refrigerator does not get cold

I am the new owner of a 2014 Montana HC HM305RL.

When I bought it about 3 months ago I set the refrigerator temperature to '5' which the manual said was the coldest.
I left it on overnight and the temperature went down to about 33 degrees per the outside display.

I have used the camper 3/4 times and found that opening the door caused the temperature on the display to drop quite significantly to about 45-50.
Not immediately but with 'continuous' use it never got back to below 40.

Since the last use (about 3 weeks ago) the temperature stays consistently above 50 - that's without it being used at all.

It almost seems like the door seals are bad but they don't look bad.

Do I need new door seals? If so where can I buy some.

What else could be the cause?

The refrigerator is a Dometic RM1350.

Could be a problem with the thermistor if it has one. That is one thing I would look at on a Norcold.

Thanks. I did some google searches about the thermistor and found the 'end' in the refrigerator. There is no 'adjustment' for it like I saw on some videos. However I put it back to what looks like the correct position. I also opened the outside access panel to check that.
Bottom line is that I did not see anything that looked like a problem but now an hour later the temp has dropped to 44 from about 54 before.
I actually dislike it when stuff seems to start working even when nothing has been fixed.

These things are pretty position sensitive. Putting it to a different position is an adjustment. I would keep checking it but wouldn't say "nothing has been fixed."

Other possibilities include a failing cooling unit or fan operation causing heat buildup because of inadequate venting.

I had to replace the thermister and the clip that holds it to the fin due to the clip rusting, not keeping the thermister tight against the fin, and this got things working again. This was a couple years ago. Purchased from this site. https://rvcoolingunit.com/Default.aspx
