50 amp auto Reel

My power cord reel won’t engage but there is sound. I think my chain may have slipped off. I have a 2017 - 3921FB. It is mounted in the back of trailer on drivers side. It is encased in the aluminum side and underneath. Anybody have an idea of how to repair or get to it to repair.
