We are experiencing the same thing in our 2019 305RL, we were told by Keystone that it is probably a faulty Sail Switch

I'm in a 2019 384BR.

I know this is an older post, but I came across it when I had issues today. For what it's worth to anyone, I had a lot of rain today then the outside temp dropped. Turned on furnace and had similar issue--fan came on, furnace would kick on for 2-3 seconds and back off. Would repeat 2-3 times, then not come on at all unless you turned off the thermostat. Issue repeated itself. I took the exhaust panel off and there was a little bit of water ono the inside including at the bottom of the control board. Took a blow dryer to it and made sure everything was dried up. Turned the Furnace Heat back on and works just like it's supposed to.

Good fix! Probably a dirty sail switch, which reminds me, I need to order one from Amazon before my next trip.

2018 Montana High Country 331RL Furnace will not light.

Pictures of the Atwood Furnace burner head. The burner is so rusted that it doesn't allow gas into the chamber. Design / quality of build issue?

Still not impressed by Montana quality after two new Montana HC Fifth Wheels. First had kitchen wall broken weld that Montana / Keystone refused to acknowledge or fix (2016) so traded for this (2018). Not a Montana happy camper!

I would bet it is the sail switch failing.Take it out and manually hold it open. If furnace starts and runs after you cycle it you found the problem I had to bend mine to catch the air easier.
