In Sept we had 2 B towed. I chose to have the truck towed approximately 35 miles to a repair facility close to our house. Good Sam only promised payment for up to 15 miles and I had to submit it for reimbursement at that time.

The check came in the mail and they paid the full amount of $150.00. I naturally called to inquire about the mistake and they told me that because of our life time membership and that we had been a member for almost 10 yrs that they had made an exception. Bottom line is a very satisfying result; Kudos’s to “Good Sam ERS!”
