A+++ for Keystone
A lady friend of ours really had her heart set on a Montana but we felt she would be better off with something a little smaller and found a Cougar High Country model she just loves. She has been anxiously awaiting arrival of this model at her dealer in [s]Montana [/s] Idaho and has received promise after promise as to it's arrival. Yesterday she let her salesman know how upset she is over their unkept promises. The salesman is becoming frustrated because he keeps getting promised from the factory so he called the factory and voiced his customers complaints. Lo and behold late afternoon she received a call from the head of the Cougar division. He explained why the delays, promised to help expedite delivery and promised to work with the dealer to help sweeten the deal. Needless to say this made her feel that she certainly made the right choice when she chose Keystone
