Refrigerator Freezing

Been having issues with top shelf of our refrigerator freezing. Recrently completly defrosted fridge and freezer and have temp turned down to 1 and things are still freezing on top shelf. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing the problem. Thanks Teresa

Is the slider on the fins all the way to the top? If so, try adjusting by moving the slider downward.

We also had the same problem with our new 08 Big Sky, replaced the thermistor....problem remains. As we are now winterized we will be placing this on our to do list when we bring her in for service this spring. We only had the 5er for 3 weeks when we developed the problem, and this was the first time the 5er was used. Bought it new from Dealer in early August. We also have problem with mis-aligned doors which do not stay closed even though the 5er is on a seasonal site and hasn't moved, we were going up weekends and leaving the fridge on. When we get back on Friday afternoon the door would be open and at first we thought that's what was causing the temperature problem, but we replaced the thermistor had a long weekend there and the fridge still was freezing and we made sure the door was always latched.

So now we know what to report when we bring her in for maintenance service in the spring.....guess I'm going to have long list!

Thanks for the help....this forum is the best!
