Window opener

I have a new 2015 291RLT. We took it out for our first trip this weekend. When we opened the windows the little sliders on the opener came out of the tracks on two of them. The arms aren't long enough to get the sliders back in to the tracks, and the knob is riveted to the window frame. Short of drilling out the rivets, I don't see any way to fix this. Has anyone else had a similar experience with these new style windows ?

It looks to me as the slide channels are bent so the arm pops out of the track. I have the same windows and I would like to make mine open up further by removing the stop that they placed in the track between the arm slides, but I see no other way of getting the arms out or in your case back in the track that is mounted on the window glass. I do see that I have another rivet that is about half way down the arm. I was thinking about drilling that one out instead so I can remove the arm and take the stop out of the channel but I am a little chicken that I might break something.
