Ammo at the Q?

My brother wants to buy some ammunition when he goes to the Q. Does anyone know of any?

Ammo is in short supply everywhere, and I don't know of any place to even look in Q. You might try Havasu City, parker, or Blythe, though.

He told me but I can't find the receipt I wrote in on :-P but I know it is 9mm, 45M something or other, and I don't remember the other one. It is dark and I can't find anything. Sorry. Thanks to everyone who is helping me with this.

I'm with scattershot, I don't believe Quartzsite is the place for ammo. If you're looking for gems, minerals or rv equipment, that's the place

Your brother should take a look at Cabelas web site. You can order 9MM or .45 caliber in bulk and have it shipped directly to your house. We ofter order 600 rounds at a time and get a free ammo box with it. The ammo box is great for bartering, installing a 12V water pump, tool box....

Should have thought of that. It's where I get mine also. Order on line (25,38, 45 auto and long colt and 14 gage self defense rounds) and to the door delivery. End of problem.

Cabela's http://www.cabelas.com is the only place that will take back orders right now on Ammo. You can't even get 22LR right now in bulk. I was able to get a case (4,000 rounds) of 22LR before everyone ran out of stock. Now everything is gone. Everyone else will send email when stock arrives and it is first come first serve. Good luck with that.

There are no Semi-Auto rifles of any kind any where. Gun Broker GunBroker.comhas them on auction, but they are going for $500 over MSRP and up. 20-30 round mags are also out of site.

Whatever you do, check the place out before you order if you find what you are looking for. Lots of places look like major Gun Dealer, until you look them up on Google Maps, and find it is someone running out of there house, with no stock what so ever.

Got mine at Cabelas also .22, .380, 9mm just before the insanity started. They offered free shipping over $100 orders and the dry box. It arrived in six days. All the Wally Worlds that I went to last week are empty except for some shotgun fodder. No .22 through .45s and no .223's a couple of '06s and these were super stores.

Wally Worlds have been directed by Corporate that once they run out they are not to re-order until so directed by Corp.
Like others have said, Cabela's, Cheaper Than Dirt, Gander Mountain, etc. online and have it shipped home.
