A/C filters in low noise versions
I have the 2014 3402 and the A/C is ducted for low noise. The return ducts in the ceiling had thin foam filters stapled to a cardboard frame. I have not seen these anywhere for purchase. I have tried cleaning them, but I thing I need to buy some replacements.
Anyone know where you can find them?

I bought a sheet at CW, parts dept. needed scissors to cut to size.

Home Depot and Lowes both carry a foam material which can be cut to size. I am not impressed with the way my vents are secured to the ceiling and eventually I will have to come up with a fix.

Bought basic filter material at Lowes and cut to size. You need to be careful when screwing vent back into opening...

To harden up the holes in the ceiling where the screws go to hold the covers on, CAREFULLY apply some thin CA glue to the holes. This hardens the ceiling material and allows for the holes to not expand out. John

I am going to glue a pice on 1"X1" to the inside if the opening. That way I will be screwing into solid wood.
