This is the time!

The Fall Rally can not be run by just the Wagon Masters. It takes a whole lot of volunteers to help make this event a success!

We're off to a great start but are still looking for Volunteers as session leaders and Coordinators to head up and help with some of the Rally events.

This is your chance to step up!

Hi Ron...In an earlier email string, I mentioned to Steve that I would like to volunteer to be a site escort. I did this last year and it worked pretty well because I have a bicycle. In addition, Marjorie and I plan to be on-site on Monday...if the Fairgrounds has space available. (We will be making our reservations shortly). To those wondering what the B-L-S letters on the end of the Coordinator or Sessions are, those are the initials of the Co-Wagon Masters last names that are overseeing those specific jobs for the Rally.

As Steve has posted we have a good start on the positions to head up specific sessions but we need volunteer Coordinators for numerous areas yet so if you are interested post here on this thread and tell us you're willing to take the position. IF you have questions on what the position entails just ask away and we'll try and give you a good answer to it.

Thanks to those that have volunteered already and those that will volunteer in the future. Besides the Coordinator positions these Coordinators will need help also. Please volunteer to help out with setups, cleanups or whatever is needed.

Joyce would be willing to be the Craft Coordinator if and when she can ever get on the forum. She's on here as artgaljj but it refused to take her password and I've tried for three days to reset her password without success. She finally contacted the administrators and they said they were working on it. So Joyce will do it if you would like her to and she can communicate on the forum.

We are too, but you can't force a vendor to come, all you can do is ask. Hopefully next year.
