Dead outlets

We have a 2017 3721 RL with residential refridge. The unit has been sitting plugged into a surge protector at our house. Started to get ready for a week long trip and found several plugs not working. I could only find one gfi plug on the island and tripped it and checked it and it is working. Checked the power panel and all seemed fine. This sure seems like a gfi issue to me. But I cannot find any others in the unit. Looked under sink in bathroom and behind drawers but no luck. If anyone has any suggestions on where another gfi might be I would sure appreciate it. Thanks

Check to see if they put the GFCI on the outside receptacle, just a thought, and tied all them off the one

Already checked the outside outlet. It just has a sticker that says it is gfi protected but no button to push. I just know this has to be a gfi problem, because everything worked fine when we parked it at the house. I am going back out and look some more. Thanks for your response.

Check the outlet in your garage.

Just checked that one again, it just has a sticker on it that says protected by gfci, but no button to push or reset. I just can’t find another outlet with a gfci button on it that could be tripped. Thanks for your suggestion and please anyone else that has an idea of what might be going on, please let me know. Regards

Check the clear, inline connector under the stove that is made to disconnect when/if the slide has to be taken out. Lots of times they will burn up and cause a disruption in power. There are also a few behind the basement wall.

Is this connection in the area where the ice maker cut off is , back behind the bottom drawer under the oven?

The bathroom outlet should be either a GFCI or GFCI protected outlet.

Yes the bathroom outlet has the sticker that says gfci protected and I verified that the gfci on the island does indeed control this outlet. I just need to find another outlet with the gfci button to reset it.

On most models I've seen yes.

Are the plugs that aren't working in a slide by chance ?

They are in a slide and also in the main body. After rethinking about what is going on. I don’t believe any of the outlets that are dead have the gfci protected sticker, so I may be going down a bad thought process thinking it is gfci related. The outlets that are dead are all in the living area and kitchen.

Then check behind the basement wall. There are several under there. My bet is that one of them shorted out. They are now being known to do this.

if a plug says 'gfi' protected and no reset then the reset is on some other plug or the circuit breaker. it is just part of a run.

Just a thought.... Could it be possible that one leg of shore power could not be hot?
We had a faulty pedestal breaker at one CG and were only getting one leg... We had half our rig with no power. Others here have had loose connections or bad power cables.
When trouble shooting, start at the source... (still have trouble with that one sometimes)

If you are comfortable doing so, open your breaker panel and, using your meter, verify that you have 120 vac at the load side of all your breakers.

I am having the same problem when it happens I go out and shake the power cord and all is working again. I am going to have to replace the outlet on the unit because right now the cord and plug are one

Dead outlets.

We had a similar problem on our 3791RD.We Lost power to the fridge. Water heater. Ceiling fan. A few outlets. After a full year of issues. We accidentally found it. Go outside and wiggle the shore power plug where it goes into the coach. Have someone watch the fridge lights. We had a loose plug and loose wires inside the plug. Easy fix. Cut all power off. Battery too! Pulled the plug socket out of the trailer with 4 screws. Found loose wires from the factory in the plug. Tighten the wires up. We haven’t had an issue since.

I hope this helps.
Randy.
