First 2 questions in tech support, Is it plugged in and is it turned on? Glad it was an easy fix

I was an Electronics Tech in the Navy, and many times log entries for trouble calls would read "Placed on/off switch into the on position".

Depends on which battery (ies) you have, their state of charge when you start rolling, and if your PU has a charge circuit for the trailer hook up. Our residential frig ran over 36 hours in a test at home while not connected to shore power or truck. It took that long for the pair of hybrid deep cycle marine batteries to drop to 10.5 volts (cut off point of inverter). It is NOT recommended to allow your batteries to get that low but I was wanting to know how long the reefer would run. All the great math minds on the MOC had various ideas on that question - 6-12 hours. The largest amp draw I saw while the reefer was running was 12.5 on the batteries while the wattage at the refrigerator side was from 40-120 watts. I have not checked the charging amps of our truck at the connector but was told it was limited to about 7 amps. So, while driving down the road, ours should not have any issues, and has not, keeping the refrigerator running.

Probably your red Battery Cut Off switch has been turned off in your convenience center.

Drove for 13 hours with res fridge running. Battery voltage was 12.9V at end of day before hooking up to shore power. Granted outside temps were 40's and 50s. Summer will be a real test.

BTW I do use an indoor outdoor thermometer to watch refer temp.

Check the battery disconnect switch in the convenience center. If the switch can't be removed, the batteries are connected and you should have 12V for the lights. If the switch can be removed, the battery is disconnected and most 12V things won't work. Be aware the slides and jacks will work regardless.
