"On The Road" with the Emmels....
Met up with Steve and Patty in Ohio and traveled to East St Louie, IL. We are all staying at Casino Queen RV Park. We will be venturing into the casino sometime today. After the 4 of us have all hit the "JACKPOTS" we will be heading out for our next leg of our trip to "The Rally" in Oregon. Need the "JACKPOTS" just to pay the fuel bill to Oregon and back.
Our next stop will be in Kansas where we will spend the 4th of July. We will be staying at Outlet (Melvern), KS from July 2nd to the 5th (leaving the 5th). So iffn you're in the area let us know, maybe we can get a MINI-Rally together.

Glenn, that's a bit far for us to get to but the Melvern Outlet we've stayed at a few times. Melvern lake is a good walleye lake (off Turkey Point). I spent many hours on that lake. Usually I was in the Eisenhower State Park but last time I was there it was a bit run down.
I hope the four of you enjoy and enjoy your trip to Washington.

Steve, Just got to Melvern yesterday and haven't had time to check out the rest of the area as yet but from what I have seen so far this is a beautiful fishing lake. Kinda makes we wish I still had my boat and all my tackle.
We are now also with Dick and Dorothy (rak). They work camp here at the Outlet Park. So we already have a Mini-rally but am still hoping those MOCers close by will also stop in and as you know by being from the area there are a few MOCers that live in close proximity.
BTW-We didn't win any jackpots and I am the only one to leave the casino showing a profit of 75%.

If your travels take you to southern Oregon/Medford area on your way to the rally, give us a call. We would love to meet some of you. Unfortunately, we will not be going to the rally because of my (Nancy)work schedule.
Save lots of money for fuel here but no sales tax helps.
