USB Plugs
We have a 2018 3160RL. On our last trip we tried to use the pop up plug at the dinning table. The 120v plugs work but the USB ports do not. Any ideas and how can I get the unit out to test?

On our model, 3720, I believe you would physically have to take the side of the cabinet apart.

Might check your 12v fuses first. Not sure if the pedestal has 120v and 12v into it or not.

That's what I was afraid of. Its still under warranty but did't want to drive the hours for a 10 min fix if I can DYI.

My Buddy's Montana had a problem with the USB/ 12V outlet in the bedroom. took it a part and had to switch the wires. while 120v AC does not care about reverse polarity. 12V DC needs to be wired correctly for it to work. most likely a reverse polarity situation.

I didn't know Montanas had them in the bedroom. Will have to check mine!
