Broiling?

Does anybody use the broiling in the oven and how?

Nope, have never used a broiler in any stove I have owned in over 40 years of marriage.

Do, however, love top broiled toast, so we have a toaster oven for that, in fact, we recently discovered, it really does regular toast AOK too, left the regular toaster at home.

Yep, I use it when making quesadillas and a starter I make which is a spread of mayo, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and green onion. I spred it on french bread slices and then broil until it starts to melt and brown. It works very much like my home oven but not as even so sometimes things need to be moved while broiling. I have also done salmon before.
