Protecting floor from slide

Any ideas on how to protect the floor where the slide comes in? On our unit, I can see where the slide is rubbing the floor.

I had a set of these for my last RV, but they are designed for carpeted floors. Is there a similar product for non-carpeted floors?

If your slides are damaging any floor surface they are NOT adjusted correctly. It should not be happening

They have little spikes on the bottom to hold them in place on the carpet as the slide comes in.

There are definitely similar floor protectors for hard surfaced floors. When we had our carpet replaced with tile, the installer sold us two of them. I don't know whether we would need them or not, but it's better to have them and not need them than to need them and not have them. They were not cheap so we only got two so we move them from one slide to the other. It sounds more complicated than it is--it works. Since we did not order ours I do not have a web address, but I'll bet you can find them on Amazon.

We have the same trailer scottz with the same problem. The part of the slide that is supposed to glide across the floor actually has sharp protrusions that gouge the floor. Probably staple heads or similar used where they shouldn't be used. It has nothing to do with the adjustment of the slide.

We bought two pieces of lexan 12" x however long it is between the island and curbside wall. Place them about a foot apart. Problem solved at least until some day the slide has to be removed and we can fix it right. We use a rubber mat in that area of the kitchen so we don't have to deal with looking at or moving the lexan everywhere we go.
