Menu:

Appetizer

Mediterranean Tapenade served open face on crostinis.

Entree

Three Cheese pasta purses tossed in our homemade beef Bolognese sauce.

Vegetable medley of sun-dried tomatoes, French string beans and mushrooms served with penne pasta and tossed in a basil pesto sauce.

Fresh garden salad of crispy iceberg lettuce and spring mix tossed with garbanzo beans, artichokes, red onions, fresh tomatoes, slivered carrots and black olives sprinkled with fresh Parmesan cheese served with your choice of our homemade creamy Italian or ranch dressings.

Locally baked sourdough bread and garlic butter.

Dessert

Nanaimo bars
Bars of chocolate graham cracker crumb base with a rich creamy filling topped with a deep rich chocolate ganache.

Cost per person is $25.00 (tip is included) paid at the event.

No host wine and beer bar is available.

Catered dinner is provided by:
