7 feathers poker tournament (Not at the casino)

Hello all,

Is anyone interested in playing a poker tournament (not at the Casino) on Friday 6/20?

Tournament poker (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tournament_poker), sounds like fun, but I've never tried it. The Wikipedia page says that "Texas hold 'em tournaments are very common." Buy-in could be something like $10 for the tournament. We can split the proceeds among the top three winners with something like 50% to first place, 30% to second and 20% to third (depending on number of players?). Or we could skip the buy-in and just play for the challenge of winning all the chips.

Also from wikipedia, "Some tournaments offer the option of a re-buy or buy-back; this gives players the option of purchasing more chips." I don't have a strong preference on that either way but it seems like fun to have the option to continue playing for those who lose early (or perhaps we could start a consolation tournament).

We don't have any chips or cards, so it would be helpful if someone could volunteer to bring them.

We always have chips and cards in the rig and would be happy to volunteer them. Dave and I would be interested in the tournament too if there are enough players
