Lazy Susan Problems

I noticed that the revolving lazy Susan in or 2955 is breaking. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what they did to fix or replace it.

Any suggestions?

I am getting ready to trash ours too. No matter how you pack things there is no way to keep things from bouncing all over the place inside the cabinet. Nothing stays on the lazy susan.

In our 2005, we removed it within the 1st month. I felt that it took up way too much room and things were always falling down.

Maybe one of the RV supply stores online will have one.

I tore ours out of our original Montana, 2004 - 2980RL in the first month, USELESS! I just sold it in our yard sale for $4.00 (Guess it did have some use after all)

Rich - Like the picture of your new FUTURE Montana purchase. Check the date in the pic 2025? What new additions are they putting in them now?

OK, for all of you that ripped it out or put it in the trash, what did you replace the lazy susan with? This is a big cabinet, did you build shelves or what?

We just left the cabinet open that way we could store several cases of bottled water or any other tall items. Could not build a permanent shelf it there because one side of the cabinet needs to be clear so it can be removed to gain access to the water pump for winterization.

Once we removed the lazy susan we kept the cabinet as is. We store taller items such as coffee pot while in transit, small trash can, cases of water, cleaning products, paper towels and such.

You guys are brutal with your Lazy Susans, I have a 04 2980RL and we pack it full, and some stuff stacked 2 high, it hasn't broke yet, even when my Monty got air nothing fell off it.

I dont know what type you have but here is a vendor I use for cabinet hardware I hop that it helps you....

Wow no wonder our stuff don't stay put on the lazy susan, it's in an upper corner cabinet, not a lower one. Plus with the rear kitchen that makes it even worse. There is so much space around the LS that you can not pack it tight. So the first bump it tosses everything up in the air then it is all around the LS when we get to our destination. Makes me mad cause the LS in that cabinet would be great since even I have trouble reaching the back of that one much less Shorty,,,oh I mean my wife.
