LED's under awning

Is there an easy way to swap out the LED's under the awning? Mine have more waves in them then the Atlantic and can land a 747 in times square at midnight. We want to put up boogey lights like we had I installed on our TT, If anyone has done this, can you post pics on how you did it, from connecting it to the OEM power supply to where you installed the box for the remote to hit?

The LED's are just way too bright

My only recommendation is that you go with a RF remote and then you can mount it inside out of the elements. Unlike the IR remote which you must have line of sight, the RF goes through walls and has a longer distance for the controller to turn the LED strip off and on and change colors.
