Keystone Survey

Has anyone received feed back from Keystones customer survey? I haven't filled it out yet & not quite sure how I want to word it. Just curious if it was helpful with any ongoing issues.

Since mine is 11 yrs old, not likely I will get a survey. Our unit has been great with almost no problem. But if I was unhappy with anything about a new one I would not hesitate to clearly express my problem with any issues. BUT. Clearly stating an obvious or perceived problem(s) with the unit without getting overtly critical is more likely to be received as a positive feedback. Words like junk, trash, incompetent, etc. are likely to get less attention than less harsh remarks such as poor quality construction technique. There are ways to firmly express your discontent without coming off like a whiner. It is not what you say, but how you say it.
