Sew this!

Sue came out of her hobby room with little baskets, I asked her where they came from? She made them.
She saw them on 'Nancy's notions' show
Pretty cool.

I'll second that....would love to learn how to do that.....give us a heads up and we can all come prepared with what's required.....as I have been taking quilting classes while sitting here in Florida I have scraps of fabric I could probably use for this one.......Please consider offering a class they are just awesome.

I think Sue would love to, I will ask her.
I know she teaches beading at a local bead store, when we were on the road, she was teaching some kind of knitting or something, so I will ask her about that.
She is amazing with crafts.
Thanks, Ozz

Ruth,
You need clothes lines cord and about 1/4 yds of fabric. Cut fabric into 3/4" strips and sew the strips together. With the end of the clothes line fold fabric over the end and wrap the fabric down the line. Like the red on a candy cane. Then coil the clothes line into a real tight circle (about the size of a quarter) Now with your sewing machine, sew an X on the circle. Now set your machine on zig zag stitch and start to stitch the coils around the circle. You can make it as big or small as you like. Good Luck.
