Were you able to contact Quest and did they resolve your problem? Mine will not load disc or play. All I got was instruction book and no name or address.

I junked my Quest unit as several others did on this site. Not worth repairing. If it is out of the Keystone one year warranty save your money and buy a name brand 5.1 surround sound receiver and separate DVD player and maybe better speakers as well. As the DVD player gets outdated such as Blu Ray coming into its own soon. You can update the DVD player later if you wish.

Many thanks for the advise, I had thought about doing that, but wanted to check to see if anyone else were having problems with this product. I did send Quest an email but no replyfromthem so far.
