king pin

We bought a used 2021 3120 rl, after getting it home and doing some work on it we noticed that the kingpin is not straight it seems to be angled to the left a little bit, what could have caused this and is it ok to tow this way?

I'm not sure exactly, but I think you are talking about the pin box? And, if so, that little bit isn't going to make any difference when towing. You could loosen the bolts, nudge it to where you think it's centered, retorque the bolts, and more than likely it may go back to where it was in the photo.
