You can always contact Keystone customer service at 866-425-4369 or email at ownersrelatons@keystonerv.com. Be sure to have the last eight digits of your vin number in your email or ready for your phone call.

If I'm not mistaken there are instructions in the owner's manual on how to file a warranty claim to include contact numbers, etc. You can also look on the Keystone website on who and how to contact them for warranty concerns. Good luck!

if you have a warranty claim you need to start by going to a dealer. the dealer will file the claim.

My experience has been different than that. We always call Keystone first and if necessary have them suggest a dealer. Also, don't email. Tried that once and never got a return. Found out the lady who got the email was fired and they hadn't been able to hire a replacement.

Agree with DQDick. When we have a problem the first phone call is to Keystone customer service.
