Keystone Hits Another Home Run

Just returned from Keystone's Factory Service Center in Goshen and could not have been treated nicer. All issues were resolved in a very professional and timely manner. They went above and beyond just a quick fix with a complete update and rebuilt on our bedroom slide even though it was out of warranty. The frame flex was repaired by our selling dealer but Keystone checked it all out and added more reinforcement. Repairman that worked on our unit was very thorough and kept us informed.

Keystone gets an A+ and will keep customers coming back with this great treatment.

Great report! That's why Keystone has so many "repeat" customers. The service makes all the difference...

We also agree that Keystone is top notch. Even with problems at the dealer concerning delivery timing and the service dept. not willing to find solutions to minor problems. We found out that Keystone was willing to comunicate and find solutions. Having problems with windows leaking during a freak storm we even had the engineering dept. from the window manufaturer contact us personally. Now that I feel is way above the call of duty to get problems worked out. Keystone gets a A+ from us in satifaction!

Remember the............

So glad that you are all fixed! We found the same treatment when we were there, they go above and beyond and we will always buy from them.

Keystone is very wise in the way they are managing these issues. Nothing sells better than happy owners who are willing to broadcast their joy.

Keystone's warranty service and the service center are outstanding reasons to own a Keystone product and is among the primary reasons we do and it sets them a notch above some of the others.Let us hope Keystone understands that.My only thought is that if they improved their quality and workmanship even more folks would purchase the product.A product of higher quality that the others in the price range and great service would be a truly winning combination....IMO

Dennis and Sharon, we're so glad that you were treated so well at the Service Center. That was our experience, too, and it makes it nice to be a Montana owner.

Dennis, I was passing by the Phillips/Taco Bell store on 33 South earlier this week and out of the corner of my eye I thought I saw a familiar looking Ford. Then I remembered that you mentioned to me that you have an appointment at Keystone in November. Was that you?

Gang, that is why I'm looking to go to work there. (Oops)

You betcha, what would a lunch break be without a "Cheesy Crunchy Thingy" of some sort. Not sure if it's real food or not but it tastes good. So it was probably me and the service center took good care of us. Thanks for all your input concerning the problem.

I am very encouraged with your success story. We have had leaks in 4 of our slides since 2004 3 mo. after purchase. We have taken our Montana to the dealer with no results. Would you share with me what steps you took to get your resolution. Thank-you and happy holidays.

Sorry we didn't answer you sooner but if you contact Keystone about some of your issues they generally are very gracious about satisfying their customers. I see by your user name you are from Oregon which would make it a long trip to take it to the Sevice Center in Goshen In. But if you're ever heading that way it would be a good idea to make an appointment at Keystone's service center. We could see daylight out the bottom of the bedroom slide. They took the slide out and rebuilt the opening and put new seals in. Something the dealers just won't do.

Oregon Gypsy,
I agree with thd2, contact the Customer Service Center in Goshen and start there. I made the trip back to Goshen from Washington to have some work done on my bedroom slide. Keystone made it worth every mile and dollar I spent getting there. Also know that Keystone has a center in Oregon, you might want to inquire about having that center look at your coach.
