Slideout leaks

soggy greetings from Oregon:
We have had leaking slide problems each rainy season since 9/04.
Our dealer has tryed his best to help us with limited success. We
have recently been in contact with the factory. Our questions are:
Has anyone had dealings with Brandon Tom or Tom Brandon?? Has anyone taken A trailer to Pendelton OR factory? As we are in Oregon in the winter it would be quite a trip to Goshen. Any information or contacts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

We are in the same boat with our new 3400. Not into bailing my cupboards every time it rains. Not sure about the Oregon factory but I bet they will help you out considering all the positive posts about customer service. I will be in touch with the Goshen people this morning first thing. The key is kindness when talking to them. After holiday Mondays can be nutso with calls so they may seem short with answers. Good luck and will let you know what I find out about ours later this morning.

We have had members get service work done at the Oregon plant. I had my coach done in Goshen and if the Oregon plant is anything like Goshen, you will be treated top notch and have your problems taken care of. Keystone really stands behind their products!
