Andersen Hitch Problem

Anyone using an Andersen 3200 Ultimate 5th Wheel hitch? I would like to know if you have had to deal with the factory. I have a defect in the one I received and have not been able to get any response from Andersen. I purchased the unit from Camping World and they are prepared to take it back and issue a refund but that comes with it's own set of problems including the hassle of repackaging the thing, etc.

If you do have the Andersen 3200 hitch, how do you like it? I need to evaluate whether I should continue trying to resolve this with Andersen or go back to my Reese hitch.

We have the 3220 and have been very happy with it. I have not had to deal with the manufacturer for service however I did speak with them prior to purchasing. No problems and very responsive.

We used to have a Reese Pro 20k and I would never go back to that. We purchased from CW as well. I would look into an advanced replacement exchange. Each CW is a bit different to work with but just remember you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
