Verify power at the wall receptacle.
There are YouTube videos on how to troubleshoot these fireplaces.
Here's another troubleshooting source.

We have a 3811MS with two of those fireplaces. We can only use one at a time. If we have one on and heating, I believe the second one will turn on but not heat.

If you don't have your fireplace working yet, please post additional info:
1. Does it not come on at all?
2. Is it remotely controlled only - or does it have a remote and switches behind the panel?
3. Do the LED Flames work but No Heat?
4. Anything else?

As someone mentioned, check power at the outlet. FP is either plugged directly into an outlet - usually behind some drawers beside the FP. If you have Power, there is very possibly a receiver plugged into that outlet and it can be bad. Without insulting you, your hand transmitter has batteries in it to communicate to that receiver.
We had a receiver go bad and it was simply a trip to Walmart to buy a generic Hand Transmitter and the receiver the cord plugs into. Good Luck!

My fireplace works fine except for the lights/flame. The motor that makes the flame works also but no lights. Have checked the connection, all is fine. Heat works great. Any ideas why my lights don’t work?

My fireplace stopped working because a short wire that runs from the switch to the heating element melted in two. I repaired the wire and connector twice myself and it worked fine. But, after the second repair I was afraid to leave the fireplace on while we were asleep or away from the camper. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the fireplace under warranty.

And how old was the fireplace when you did this?

My fireplace was a little over 2 years old when it was replaced. I had bought a 7 year extended warranty when I bought the camper new, so I'm not sure if it was covered under the original warranty or under the extended warranty.
