Fresh water hose to pump

Montana 3791RD ---- We are not getting any water to the tank side of the pump. Fresh water tank is full. is there a filter or shutoff someplace?

My first thought is.... did you happen to flip the "winterizing" valve. If you did, this could be the problem. Check that first.

Second, did you flip the "fill / flow" valve back to the normal "flow position" and take if off of "fill."

Winterize valve = off
Normal Flow valve = on.

It's very easy to flip the wrong one.

If all the valves are correct, and it's been really cold where you are, the freshwater pipe could be frozen.
If you think that might be the case Run your furnace.
Also remove the left panel under your kitchen island that covers the drain pipe. You will find a hole that goes all the way to the underbelly. Put a hair dryer blowing down there. This will put hot air in the vicinity of your freshwater pipe.
