Freezing refer

Good morning to you all, my problem is that my Norcold refer is freezing even on #1 setting. I have moved the temp wire on the right side upper rear to the bottom of the fins. Still at #1 setting but super cold, like its on #9 setting. I have even set it to gas only and still super cold. What else can I do to resolve this potential expensive issue?

Thanks to you all and happy 2024

You may have a bad thermistor or connection. Here is a link to a test you can perform.
