storage in Phoenix

Our son has cordialy offered his house for our winter over this year in Phoenix. He is not married and is an over the road trucker so he is seldom home.

This leaves me only with the problem of storing Monty for the 3 months. Anyone have any experience or suggestions.

Thanks

What area of town are you going to be in? I live in the s/e valley and know of several places in the Mesa/Gilbert area but not sure if that will be out of your way.

We wil be south west of town but will be coming up from Tucson and if the price is reasonable, Mesa/Gilbert would be OK.

Try AZ Discount RV Storage. It is located at Sossaman and Elliot in the s/e valley. The phone number is 480-807-4973. Their prices start at around $35/month and go from there. I have my Mounty in a 40' covered spot for $80/month. The place is gated and you get an access code to get in and out. The owner John lives on site and is a really nice guy. The storage lot is his full time job and he keeps pretty close tabs on things. I don't think I have ever been out there when I didn't see him at the front office or driving around the place. I have also done some minor maintenance to my fiver while in the lot, and every time I was there for an extended amount of time, John stopped by to check things out. As you can tell, I have been happy there with no problems in 3 years.
