First Trip out and Good news..

Just came back from our first trip out with our new 2014 3625RE and happy to report that after a full weekend no problems were found. Tried to use every thing to make sure it all worked and happy to report that no major problems were found.

Loved the way this unit handled, with the Mor-ryde IS and disc brakes it handled better and got better fuel economy than the unit I traded for (32' travel trailer bunk house, half the weight of the Montana). First time with IS and seems great, left a bottle of pills on counter and 3.5 hours later on I-75 it was still there.

We were so happy with the unit I took it to Camping world to have a combo washer/dryer installed for the wife. Was worried about them damaging it, so I shared my concerns with them. Was reassured no problem 8yr tech would handle it. Everything was fine to the final part, while placing the cap over the dryer exhaust the tech let the drill bit jump off screw and drill jumped down and created a 1' long scratch down my painted side. To their credit it will be ready tomorrow from their paint shop. Wait and see...

we love our 3625re we too just got back from a 11 night stay in it took it from oklahoma to south dakota for family reunion and a week at the lake. ours too handled greatly. cooked in the convection oven and went well with everything else. did you have the i/s put on and disk brakes or did it come with it. ours is the regular moyre ride suspension and moyre ride king pin love the way it takes out the bumps and shakes.

Glad things went well up until the install. However the paint situation comes out please let us know and also what Camping World that is. Several of us that full time keep a spread sheet of where to go and where not to go for repairs in different parts of the country and I'll be adding it to my list one way or the other.

Great congrats on your first trip. I like to see the good in everything. It's always better to have the guy, who can repair it, cause the first scratch! If the rest of us were so lucky? Have fun.

Dqdick,,, Just to let you know it was camping world of Fort Myers, FL.
We removed mattress prior to our arrival, they did damage the platform for the bed, must of dragged washer across the edges. They are now jagged and crushed on the edges. I will have to do some type of repair before I place my mattress back on it or it will get cut up...

Did not tell them about this, wanted them out of my brand new unit...

However, the paint shop did an outstanding job on the paint job and went the extra step to paint my drier vent black ( they only come in white and chrome).

Would use the paint shop again, did not find any over spray or any evidence of the repair looks as good as original..
