Montana Rally's

What happens at a Montana Rally? I have never been to one, but am interested to know more about them. I found the location and dates, but not the type of schedule or activities.

Can someone fill me in?

It's going to depend on the Rally. The fall national rally is the most formal with classes, technicians visits and factory tours etc. The regional rallys are more about fun, good times and sharing with others. Be sure and put a couple on your schedule. You'll be glad you did and make some lifelong friends.

Attend the Fall National in Goshen the first chance you get. We attended our first one last year and had a great time while also gaining much information.

I'm hoping to make the fall rally this year. Timing is going to be close due to work.

Rallies are gatherings of people who own Montanas. Lots of activities, such as meet and greet, potluck dinner, specific classes, sitting around the campfire, tours (factory tour at fall rally), group meals (Amish dinner at fall rally), the fall "National" in Goshen being the ultimate. If you attend one you probably will attend more.

Mel come on out to the Central Plains Regional Rally here in Nebraska and experience it first hand. Check out the forum posting in the Regional Rallies or Clubs section and you'll find the info on how to get started with our Rally. As has been said previously, the Fall Rally in Goshen is the big one with classes, tours and did I mention FOOD but the regional rallies are a lot of fun and you get to meet MOC members too. Ours in Nebraska is very informal and we have the usual gatherings with food involved, of course, we usually take a tour to one of the near by cities to see some of the points of interest in the area, but we also just get to know each other compare our experiences with our units. If you can make ours or any of the regional rallies do so, they are great learning experiences and the Fall Rally in Goshen is the big one. This year is the 10th Anniversary of the Fall Rally so it will have some extra features that have not been there before but also the tour of the plant where the Montes are made and did I mention food. The Meet and Greet, the Potluck Dinner, the Breakfast, the Amish Dinner and several other food events take place and individuals even go out for lunch or dinner to the local food establishments. MOC members do like their food and like to eat-- that is one thing for sure.

Here are some previous agendas from rallies to demonstrate the differences in events.

(Note: the agenda from the 2012 rally is not available electronically as it was never published. The 2011 agenda was published but dependent on PhotoBucket as a hosting site and has subsequently been deleted. It sure would be great to have those agendas back!)
