Replace microwave + hood with venting convection / micro?

Hi, all, I don't know if I'm posting in the right section... In a 2009 3400RL, has anyone replaced the microwave and hood with a convection / microwave with built-in vent to the outside? I don't like the hood that hangs so low.

If so, would love to know what make / model you installed.

I have a 2009, 2955rl which came with a convection microwave. The hood below does vent to the exterior. You might have to do some upper cabinet remodeling if you place a 30" residential unit in that space with built in venting to exterior. Yes the vent hood does sit low below the microwave but it works well. The newer models probably have venting through the microwave.
