We just purchased our Montana 3791RD in Sept however we shopped the entire western US, is interacted with every Montana dealer in the PNW however we found all the PNW Montana dealers to not be competative on price including the one in Bend and Curtis in Portland was the worst. We ended up buying in Northern California, but also found the dealers in Montana, S Dakota and N Dakota very aggressive on price especially on 2019 stock. Considering the cost of $1-$1.30 per mile to have delivered you can find great deals in other states.
We purchased 3 RV's in 3 years (2-Class A and 1-Montana 5th Wheel) the 1st Calls a we went to San Diego, the 2nd we bought in Atlanta and had delivered, the Montana in Sacramento area. Because we took our time and made smart purchases we made $8K on the 1st Class A when we sold, make $5k on the 2nd one (this was also after paying sales tax), We had an approved offer on a New 2019 Montana 2019 for $59,500 in So Dakota which was way($10K)below anyone in the PNW.
We ended up buying a 2019 3791RD (6 months uses) with Legacy Package and Full Body Paint for $58k. The depreciation on New Montanas is terrible as thet 3791RD we purchased 6 month used had a $110K MSRP and sold new 6 months prior to the original owner for $86K.
Point being be careful not to get buried in a new 5er and do not expect any great deals from PNW dealers
